No it does not fade over its lifetime, however can fade up to 5%  over the whole area within 15 years. As an example paving fades up to 30% within 6 months so Easigrass™ is a very good alternative.

Yes the grass is designed with pets in mind, simply remove the present left for you by your fur baby and rinse down with a hose pipe. All other matter is then filtered into your soil and decomposes naturally. For those hard to clean smells, we have Easi-Pong which you can spray onto the grass leaving it smelling fresh as a daisy

Yes! Give it a brush with a hard bristle broom once a month, it will thank you and look as good as the day we installed it.
